The format of the Perpetual Praise Event is simple. It begins with high praise – songs declaring His majesty and flows into a time of worship and meditation. The Word of God is shared throughout the night.

Our aim is that various denominations will be represented both on stage and in the congregation. We hope also, that persons will leave with one thing in mind – to please the Father and to take back to their individual churches, the true meaning and the heart of Worship – that Jesus Christ be lifted up!

Conceptualized by Nadine Blair, Perpetual Praise Event was first held on Tuesday, March 5, 2002 at Fellowship Tabernacle on Half Way Tree Road in Kingston, Jamaica as part of LOVE 101 FM’s Anniversary Celebrations. Several Praise and Worship Leaders and singers from various denominations were invited to lead out in the service, which began at 7:00 p.m. and ended at 9:45 p.m. – it was continuous, perpetual praise.

Pastor Al Miller and the congregation of over 2,000 persons, was joined by hundreds of persons hungry for God.
